Who we are

Noctua Consulting, LLC ("Noctua," "we," "us") operates noctua.consulting. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to info@noctua.consulting.

What we collect

• Contact form. If you use the form on our homepage, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Job applications. If you email us about a position, we receive whatever you choose to send (such as a resume). We use it solely to evaluate your candidacy.
• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These tools are cookie-free and privacy-focused: they do not track you across other websites and do not build individual profiles. We see aggregate data such as page views, referrers, device type, and country.

What we don't do

• We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or cookies.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own use.
• We do not load third-party scripts, fonts, or resources from other companies' servers when you browse this site.

Service providers

We rely on two infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and the analytics described above) and Resend (delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox). Each receives only what is necessary to perform its function.

Retention

Contact and application emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and for reasonable business records afterward. Aggregate analytics contain no personal identifiers.

Your choices

You can browse this site without providing any personal information. If you would like correspondence you've sent us deleted, email info@noctua.consulting and we'll take care of it.
